Our family had an incredible time with the service during the New Year's holiday. Kudos to the entire rental team; you are truly stars in friendliness and professionalism. We received excellent advice on skis (we tried several and were able to demo multiple options) and boots (one of our kids experienced some discomfort). The ski and boot lockers were a nice touch, allowing for quick chats with the rental team before and after our days on the slopes, and by the end of the week, we knew them by name.
