An Amazing Family Experience During the New Year's Holiday

Our family had an incredible time with the service during the New Year's holiday. Kudos to the entire rental team; they truly exemplify friendliness and professionalism. We received excellent advice on skis (we tried several and were able to demo multiple options) and boots (one of our kids experienced some discomfort in one foot). The ski and boot lockers were an added bonus, providing a great opportunity for quick chats with the rental team before and after a day on the slopes, who we got to know by name over the week. Overall, a genuinely caring, passionate, and professional team all around! Special thanks to one of the representatives!

Great overall experience

Everything from equipment pickup to lessons was excellent. Staying at a nearby hotel made access to the service very convenient. The representative who assisted us with our boots and skis was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My husband mentioned that his rented boots were the best he ever had. My ski lessons were also fantastic; the instructor provided tips that significantly boosted my confidence and skills.
