Our family had an incredible time with the service during the New Year's holiday. Kudos to the entire rental team; they truly exemplify friendliness and professionalism. We received excellent advice on skis (we tried several and were able to demo multiple options) and boots (one of our kids experienced some discomfort in one foot). The ski and boot lockers were an added bonus, providing a great opportunity for quick chats with the rental team before and after a day on the slopes, who we got to know by name over the week.
