An app was mentioned for assistance, but it was non-functional. They charged us for two apartments after moving, and the parking fees were misleading. Additionally, the lack of snow resulted in wet clothes after skiing. The service was frustrating, especially for non-EU citizens regarding ski-pass insurance. Overall, this place feels unwelcoming and overly reliant on malfunctioning technology. Avoid at all costs.
