Disappointing Experience

Disappointing experience overall. There was a lack of snow on the slopes, and I encountered broken skis due to rocks. The slopes were marked as open, yet rocks were protruding. It seems the company prioritizes its business interests over customer satisfaction and responsibility for equipment issues.

Terrible Experience - Avoid!

Terrible experience overall. Accommodation and parking fees were excessively high, with no flexibility. There was insufficient snow and no washing machine available. An app was mentioned for assistance, but it was non-functional. They charged us for two apartments after moving, and the parking fees were misleading. Additionally, the lack of snow resulted in wet clothes after skiing. The service was frustrating, especially for non-EU citizens regarding ski-pass insurance. Overall, this place feels unwelcoming and overly reliant on malfunctioning technology. Avoid at all costs.

Frustrating Customer Service

If you truly found my case, could you please provide a reference? I suspect you either didn't read my review or misunderstood it. I did not lose my item; it was left in a specific room. Your cleaning staff found it and moved it elsewhere. Your response was not adequate, and it feels like the service is indifferent and unhelpful. I submitted a lost and found form with details, but when I called for an update, the representative was impatient and dismissive. I expected better service from your team.

Overpriced and Crowded

The experience was overpriced and overly crowded. Despite the increase in accommodations, there were no new runs, and the lifts were overwhelmed. The recent upgrade of a chairlift did not accommodate the demand. Even after spending a significant amount for a family trip, additional fees for parking and other services made it feel like a money grab. The staff at the lifts worked hard, but that doesn't change the core issues.

Inconvenient Lift Card Purchase

There is no convenient option for purchasing lift cards locally. The rental queue is excessively long, and online payment is mandatory, which is quite expensive. Additionally, the new lifts are not suitable for snowboarders.

Poor Service Experience

The customer service was extremely poor and inflexible. Despite being loyal customers for five years, there was no willingness to accommodate our request to change the start date of our ski pass. The service from the representative was unsatisfactory.
