Terrible customer experience! They cancelled my booking and kept the deposit money I had paid to them, even though I rebooked the same cabin immediately. As a result I paid the full amount + deposit for the cancelled booking. They did not remind me about the 42 days deadline of paying the rest of the amount due and cancelled the order, which I assume must give them a lot of extra revenues because people have to rebook.
