Terrible customer experience! They cancelled my booking and kept the depositum money I had paid to them, even though I rebooked the same cabin. As a result I pay the full amount + deposit for the cancelled booking. They did not remind me about the 42 days deadline of paying the rest of the amount due and cancelled the order, which I assume must give them a lot of extra revenues because people have to add a new booking.
