I purchased two items from the company, one of which I was pleased with, but the other has been problematic. It took a long time to arrive and has now broken, which can occur even with good products. The main issue is that I'm trying to return it but have not received any response in over ten days, not even an update. I would rate this place positively in normal situations, but customer service is extremely important.
