I bought two items from the company; one was fine, but the other has been nothing but trouble. It took a long time to arrive and has now broken, which can happen even with quality items. The main issue is that I'm trying to return it but have received no response for over ten days, not even an update. In normal circumstances, I would give this place a good rating, but effective customer service is essential.
