While the chalet and hosts were fantastic, the transfer back from the airport was a mess. After a great week of skiing, we returned through a chaotic airport. There was minimal support from the service team during our bespoke charter flight, unlike other airlines that managed their check-ins smoothly. We spent two hours in lines with no updates, leading to a three-hour delay after a very early start. This could have been avoided with better organization. Based on this experience, I would consider booking all elements independently in the future.
