It's nearly been 6 weeks now since I asked for a refund, and all I have had is a play off between Skiworld and Iglu Ski. When I finally speak to someone, they try to use ABTA guidelines to say that they don't have to refund (incorrect), and that I will potentially have to wait until 2021.If Skiworld were transparent from the beginning and communicated well, I would have been OK with this, but they are openly misleading customers, lying about what we are entitled to, and essentially just flouting their legal responsibility to provide a refund - something which has recently been clarified by the UK government.
