I’ve tried to buy from you twice, once in France and once in the Netherlands, and never received either order.Most recently, I ordered a sofa on November 28 with a promised delivery of January 3. Today is January 20 and it still hasn’t arrived. The website only shows it was “shipped” on January 8, and the tracking code you provided returns “no product found” on the carrier’s site. Your WhatsApp support is ineffective; I’ve contacted you many times with no response.I’ve already purchased another sofa elsewhere. Please cancel my account immediately and confirm the cancellation in writing.
