The are misleading, unprofessional and Hava a non existing customer service. Basically scammers.
Non-existent customer service. They send you an email with a tracking link saying that your order was shipped out, but the tracking link does not work and the transportation company (Agediss) have no record of your shipment. Both Sklum and Agediss are absolutely unreachable, they don’t pick up phones, automated chatbot is a joke, impossible to connect with a human agent. I guess it’s a scam and they just took my money. I will dispute it via my bank as it’s not possible to reach them.
DONT BUY THE BEDS! If you look closely on the pictures you see that the slats are 12+cm apart, which means your mattrasse sacks through the slits and gets destroyed (as well as your sleep). Unfortunately it is impossible to get ahold of customer service. All contacting options they provide end with a bot that tells you its outside of business hours even during business hoursWe do like the bed's design so its a bit of a pity...
I have ordered few items from sklum, one of them is the mirror that was supposed to be delivered with express shipping in 2-3 days. It has already been several weeks and still haven’t received it and no update from the shipping company and absolutely no proper help from the customer service. They were supposed to check and get back and I haven’t heard from them. I do not understand why they put as express shipping if is not express. The other two items arrived but in parts and several deliveries, and while assembling the screws broke. In their website the items I ordered had high reviews and hence I ordered, but I am very disappointed with my experience and I doubt the trustworthiness of this company.
non-existent and worst customer serviceI have purchased from sklum multiple times and this was the first time I have needed to return something. I am shocked by the complete non-existence of any support with my return. It's been 1.5 months that I have been trying to process my return and have filled out the online forms multiple times, reached out by email, to facebook, instagram and by phone with 0 response. When I left my previous trustpilot review Sklum responded back saying they would contact me directly to get further details and help. It has been days and I have received no support.This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a company and do not recommend buying here if you need any customer service at any point. On top of this,the product I purchased said the delivery was 2-3days express delivery, of which came 5 weeks later.
Terrible service. I’ve tried to buy from you twice, once in France and once in the Netherlands, and never received either order.Most recently, I ordered a sofa on November 28 with a promised delivery of January 3. Today is January 20 and it still hasn’t arrived. The website only shows it was “shipped” on January 8, and the tracking code you provided returns “no product found” on the carrier’s site. Your WhatsApp support is ineffective; I’ve contacted you many times with no response.I’ve already purchased another sofa elsewhere. Please cancel my account immediately and confirm the cancellation in writing.
Our bedroom has been a warehouse filled with boxes containing our new bed from Sklum for the last 6 weeks. Faulty parts make it impossible to assemble the bed, and new parts were shipped, without any tracking code. It's been promised to arrive but NOTHING... Sklum is an aftersales nightmare.We. Are. Done.Just come and pick up all the stuff and refund our money.
Absolutely terrible and disappointing experience. This company does in fact have nice pieces but rather go somewhere else. They lie to you about shipping time and then they refuse to talk to you. The customer service is the worse I have ever seen. My order was supposed to come in 7-10 days it’s 1.5 month later and I have no understanding what is going on and when my order arrives.
DELIVERY SCAM - AVOID SKLUM AT ALL COSTSDo not be fooled by the "7-10 days" shipping on their website. It is a trap. I ordered on December 1st, and they hide an extra 7-10 days for the "shipping company", meaning you will wait a month for anything.I paid 60 EUROS for delivery, but the moment there was a problem, SKLUM’s rude WhatsApp staff told me "it's not our problem" and that they "can't do anything." How can a company take 60 euros for a service and then claim zero responsibility?To make it worse, they lied. They claimed the item was shipped, but the courier confirmed they didn't even receive the package until December 22nd. SKLUM sat on my order for three weeks and then had the nerve to be rude to me when I asked for an update.They refuse to let you speak to a manager, their tracking links don't work, so you can actually track it. They are an online business that takes your money and then treats you like you are the problem. Save your money and buy from a company that actually has customer service. SKLUM IS A DISASTER.
