DVDs and Blu-rays are region-encoded, and many recent releases are from American TV series for profit reasons. To play these, you need a multi-region player, which many don't have. Their customer service is virtually non-existent; it took multiple emails just to get a response. I requested a full refund and the deletion of my personal information, but their reply was inadequate, with no mention of my data deletion. This company clearly lacks regard for personal data security. Fortunately, there are strong data protection laws in the EU. If I don’t receive my refund and confirmation of data deletion, further action will be taken.
