I purchased a Skoda Superb estate from Meadans Skoda in Christchurch, Dorset. On collection day, I was informed that the car had been MOT'd five months after registration. Ben, the salesman, promised to address this issue, but I received no follow-up.Two weeks later, the car's SOS system failed, and I was advised to take it to Murrays Skoda in Plymouth, where the module was replaced. However, the problems persisted, including alarming fault warnings and the car attempting to reduce my speed to 20 mph on a 70 mph road. The GPS also frequently loses location, causing incorrect speed limit indications.Despite multiple visits for repairs, I was told the issues could not be fixed until Skoda released a new update. My attempts to contact Skoda UK for help have been frustrating, as they do not respond and I cannot reach management. I am extremely disappointed with their service. The car is still under warranty, yet they seem uninterested in assisting me. What has happened to Skoda's once excellent aftersales support?
