I bought a car from Skoda Kings heath Birmingham 14. I have had a tyre with a split in it, 3 different tyres which is illegal, as the axels should have the same tyres. I was only given one key and promised another but had to go to see the garage 3 times before they have done anything. The exhaust was blowing but the manager said it was ok because it would pass an MOT. The manager made me feel intimidated, staring at me. He has no customer skills, being as unhelpful as possible.
