Paid leasing fee for new car. Quoted 8 to 10 weeks mid March 23. Current car was due to go back mid May, we could have been car-less or have double for up to 2 weeks either side but that was liveable. Heard nothing, chased for an update, told may be a slight delay. We're in December and still no sign of a build date, let alone delivery. I get no updates unless I chase. Told there's no way I can find out. The lease guy tries his best, the dealership is rude and dismissive, the telephone customer service tried but the last update a couple of months ago was that they needed to speak to the dealership and then silence. I assume she spoke to the same staff member as me. I really didn't think when we placed our order back at the beginning of March we'd be car-less at Christmas. It's a nightmare, can't shop, commute, visit family. I don't care whether Skoda makes a flying car filled with sherbet dipdabs and chauffeur driven by Hugh Jackman, I won't be getting anything from them in the future. Disgusting service.
