You closed the complaint without a resolution, and told me to deal with the Ombudsman. So basically, I feel like Skoda UK have provided terrible customer service. I feel like they stalled the complaints process for 120 days intentionally. They produced no resolution to what was at the beginning a minor defect. And now there is a bigger financial burden to bear to repair the corrosion that has continued to grow throughout these 4 months of ignorance.To anyone lookong to buy a used Citigo, make sure the rear wheel areches are fitted with plastic liners to deter mud and muck from sticking onto the inside quarter panel where the petrol filler cap is.The car body is corroding around the petrol filler cap in what is known as 'inside out' corrosion, because there is a defect in the joint.Beware and don't expect Skoda to honor their warranty.
