A very busy store, not enough sales assistants, no measuring, given random suit sizes to try, all wrong, had to figure out myself and walk around the store to find different styles to try on, not enough personal service, changing rooms very small and crowded. We did find the suit we wanted but without assistance. Spending £250 in store would have expected more assistance. I think the store needs to look at more help on a weekend and possibly adapt the changing room size/layout at J32 store.
