Great service and experience at Skopes Cotswold Outlet Centre. Needed a smaller size suit for our sixteen year old for a wedding event. Super service from Hayden and the team to find an excellent style suit with waist coat in a perfect size. Not a popular size but Hayden found an excellent choice

Return and exchange took only 6-days. Communication in between was first rate. Very happy once again. Exchanged items all fit perfectly. My sister brought this website to my attention. I ordered a 3 piece suit for my upcoming nephews wedding. Had to change a couple of items where there was a swift turnaround with no returns/restocking fees. Returns process went smoothly and I got what I wanted on second attempt. Absolutely tremendous company to deal with. Everything from communication, the packaging my items arrived in, the quality of the actual garments themselves and the customer service. For the record, I have actually had to return two items for an exchange, but even that process was seamless and I got someone right away on the phone. I am sure when my exchanged items arrive, everything will be in good order too.
