I haven't been able to use anything nor received any support to resolve my issue. I've been ignored all day, with claims of getting a developer involved, yet I've only heard from one representative who sent me a link with a disclaimer. The service is the worst, and I still can’t use a key I purchased, which has now expired. I want a refund.
