I can confirm these are scammers. I purchased a firmware unlocker for a specific game from the website, which claimed it would work for various games. Before buying, I even asked in a chat if it would function with that game, and they assured me it would. After completing the purchase and setup, it turned out it didn't work as promised. When I reached out for support, they claimed it was intended for a different game instead. They refused to process a refund and insisted I was mistaken. While I understand experiences can vary, I specifically asked for confirmation twice, and they assured me it would work, leading me to believe it was a scam.

Almost everything I've downloaded has raised malware alerts, despite using multiple trusted antivirus programs. Much of what they resell looks like poorly maintained open-source tools or other questionable software. Additionally, it removes your restore points, though this can be resolved with a fresh installation from a USB. Moreover, the software is rarely updated. Each purchase leads to a support ticket for issues that are entirely beyond the buyer’s control. Instead of offering solutions, they tend to shift the blame. Having been part of the community for over 12 years, I can confidently say this has been one of my worst experiences. They make grand claims, but it's clear they lack a solid understanding of the software they offer — they’re merely reselling it. I strongly advise against using this platform.
