The service is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. The individuals managing this platform seem to have inflated egos with little competence to support it. Almost everything I've downloaded has raised malware alerts, despite using multiple trusted antivirus programs. Much of what they resell looks like poorly maintained open-source tools or other questionable software. Additionally, it removes your restore points, though this can be resolved with a fresh installation from a USB. Moreover, the software is rarely updated. Each purchase leads to a support ticket for issues that are entirely beyond the buyer’s control. Instead of offering solutions, they tend to shift the blame. Having been part of the community for over 12 years, I can confidently say this has been one of my worst experiences. They make grand claims, but it's clear they lack a solid understanding of the software they offer — they’re merely reselling it. I strongly advise against using this platform.
