Really wish I could add screenshots to my review. Tried to apporach customer serices regarding a very simple issue. What transpired after being repeatedly ignored, and attempts to make contact with agents cut off repeatedly without explanation, was what can barely be called a conversation. What began as an agent contradicting the company's own policies, and repeating nonsensical things in broken English, this quickly escalated into being screamed at in all caps, personally insulted and having abuse shouted at me. When I tried to politely return to the issue at hand, I was getting repeated abusive comments and personal insults in all caps, being told the agent had better things to do than help me. I really wish I could add these screenshots but will instead look at posting these elsewhere. Will wait so see if teh automated response of "please go back through the exact same customer service system set up to be unhelpful" is posted below this.
