I would never buy from Skullcandy ever again! If anything goes wrong you will not get your refund no matter if you return new like my situation. They are holding onto my refund after I sent back the headphones 10 weeks ago. They have given me nothing but a run around and now saying my bank is holding on to my money from a dispute a put in back in December. I sent them proof the investigation was over from a dispute from bank. Customer service will not return emails/calls. I have called atleast 15 times and no resolution. Just want to blame and make ulexcuses til I stop calling which won’t happen til the money is back. They keep money if they can get by. They just keep saying they did a charge back and there is nothing they can do bc my bank is keeping my refund from processing WHICH IS ALL LIES. DO NOT BUY! IM SO TIRED OF THEM (My chargeback/Dispute ended January 16th WITH BANK AND I sent skullcandy proof what my bank sent me that investigation is over and NOW Feb 19th and still NO REFUND. You will Go through HELL To get a refund from them and then now NEW INFO THEY WANT TO THROW AT ME they say 75-120 days for refund. Or in this case, I am out of luck BC THIS WILL NEVER END
