I love the style of the headphones, case and all, and although they may be bulky, they’re a great addition to a key ring. And that fit and bass? oh don’t get me STARTED. the fit is so natural and snug, i’ve fallen asleep forgetting i’m wearing them, at least a dozen times. The soundstage on these is better than ANY other headphones on the market. (yes, even airpods) These are closer to wireless IEMS than any other earbuds available. i LOVE the method 360’s.

Disappointing Experience with Riff Wireless 2 - Poor Quality and Deceptive Business Practices

I recently had a terrible experience with Riff Wireless 2 from Skullcandy. Bought it, used it normally, and it failed within six months 😔. Followed all the care instructions, but they denied the warranty claim, saying it was "external damage". Feels like they're just trying to dodge their responsibility.The product's durability is clearly subpar, and what's worse is their website seems to be showcasing only 5-star reviews. Misleading, if you ask me 🤯. Won't be buying from them again. Buyer beware!

I just want to give a big thank you to Skullcandy and their customer experience team. I had an issue with a pair of earbuds I purchased, and they handled it quickly and professionally. The support team stayed in communication with me, made the process simple, and even went above and beyond by sending a replacement along with an extra pair as a gesture of appreciation.

It’s rare these days to see a company truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers the way Skullcandy did. I use my headphones every day for work and they made sure I wasn’t left hanging.

I’m enjoying using my Skullcandy Kilo…

I’m enjoying using my Skullcandy Kilo speakers. They sound great and are easy to use. I wish they would have an option to silence the auto-shutoff. The loud tone can be distracting in certain circumstances, like when I’m trying to sleep.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. Do NOT waste your money on fast shipping because processing orders will take a week or more. do not expect customer service to do anything to assist you. They blame their system and cannot cancel an order once its placed but they sure can withdraw your money fast as heck. If you withdraw the money then you should be shipping the product out same dayor next day at the very least. A whole week to process an order is OUTRAGEOUS.

I recently purchased the Skullcandy Crusher Evo headphones. I am beyond impressed with the bass quality. They are exactly what I’ve been missing. They sound like a high end car stereo setup with massive subwoofers.

I would never buy from Skullcandy ever…

I would never buy from Skullcandy ever again! If anything goes wrong you will not get your refund no matter if you return new like my situation. They are holding onto my refund after I sent back the headphones 10 weeks ago. They have given me nothing but a run around and now saying my bank is holding on to my money from a dispute a put in back in December. I sent them proof the investigation was over from a dispute from bank. Customer service will not return emails/calls. I have called atleast 15 times and no resolution. Just want to blame and make ulexcuses til I stop calling which won’t happen til the money is back. They keep money if they can get by. They just keep saying they did a charge back and there is nothing they can do bc my bank is keeping my refund from processing WHICH IS ALL LIES. DO NOT BUY! IM SO TIRED OF THEM (My chargeback/Dispute ended January 16th WITH BANK AND I sent skullcandy proof what my bank sent me that investigation is over and NOW Feb 19th and still NO REFUND. You will Go through HELL To get a refund from them and then now NEW INFO THEY WANT TO THROW AT ME they say 75-120 days for refund. Or in this case, I am out of luck BC THIS WILL NEVER END
