I’m super frustrated

I’m super frustrated. I bought some headphones for my son for Christmas but someone had already ordered him a pair so I retuned them on 12/29/25 and received an email on 1/7/26 saying that they received them and should expect to see the refund in 10 business days. It is now Feb 11 and still nothing, you can talk to anyone only through chat. .They keep saying that my return # cannot be found in system, even though I sent a screenshot. They said they would escalate the issue to a different team last Thursday 2/5 and should receive an email soon. Still nothing and all the chat does is repeat itself. I just want my money back. I will prob never order again because of this issue. I feel robbed.
