If you are considering to buy any Skullcandy products and you live in Canada, don't EVER repeat the mistake I did, which was buy them directly from their website, it's worth it buying it from Amazon, or in-person stores such as Walmart or BestBuy.Ordered the "Crusher ANC 2" on Thursday 10, and I was supposed to get them Monday 14, and the carrier was Canada Post, but this carrier company said that they couldn't find my address, yesterday, Thursday 17, I got the message of "Return to Sender", and today, Friday 18, they were shipped back to the Sender, so I had to call to Skullcandy, in which they gave me the option to either get my headphones to my address (which will take 2 weeks and I will probably have an extended delay on top of the 2 weeks or I will have the same issue), or get the full refund.They also said that I wasn't the only one who got the same issue with Canada Post.How are you going to trust this company if they ship their products to Canada with the worst carrier company? They don't have another trustworthy companies where the customers can choose from.Take note that I'm not against ANY of Skullcandy's products, I loved every Skullcandy's I owned, I'm against the carrier they used.
