I heve never come across such a company who insists on providing you with bad service although they apologise on Trust Pilot to customers who are far from happy they just plod along with the same answers that they are trying to help but in all honesty my vet could provide better broadband and calls than this lot who fail to provide any explanation on what they are actully doing to help. the answer is they do nothing they have a contract and that is all they are interested in, getting paid is far more important to them than customers I actually had to block them from messaging me between ther hours of 3 and 4 am and 6 and 7 am and have reported their calls and messages as harassment which it is, I gave then 14 days to resolve matters with the condition that should they not effect all repairs needed in the required 14 days or not reply to my demand then I would take that as permission to leave they have not responded or fixed matters my internet and phone was down for 12 hours on Friday yet no explanation this has now been fixed howevrr the underlying problem of slow broadband and calls cutting off when I answer the phone still remains, no doubt we will get another contact us we will help from Sky reply, NO please reply to this. have you fixed all issues, have you issued a refund, do you agree that I leave without further contact STATE YOUR ANSWER ON TRUSTPILOT and do not dare ask me to get in touch again , its quite simple if there is capability to actully read the post NO ANSWER and you will be held in breach of contract under the consumer acts where I am entitled to reject faulty services that you are supplying the talking is over 4 months is long enough to resolve any issue sadly you continue to fail . you dont deserve customers after the internet been off for a day I( now have images of my speed the first test showed uploads of 8.51 mbps a later one shows 14.4 mbps clearly evidence that they arebnot supplying me with acceptable internet or telephone service
