In January I negotiated a price reduction for 12 months to January 27 however despite this being written into a contract sky increased my payment this month February instead of next January so I am not happy it’s the principal a contract is a contract not something they can change on a whim I have shortlisted 3 companies I am planning to move to all cheaper and include roaming !!

A shame really as they used to be a flagship company in all areas , only interested in putting prices up and not fixing issues

I have been with sky for over 15 yrs probably 20 and to offer a new customer with a better deal than an existing customer shows that you do not value your existing customers. After spending over 1 hour and being passed to the wrong departments the final straw was when the telephone operative was just absolutely rude.. i am not happy! Absolutely disgusting way to treat your customers. Unfortunately I did need you and your staff just couldn’t be bothered! Your standard response is noted.

Appalling service from help desks in both India and South Africa re Mobile services. Incorrect billing is still unresolved. Shocked also to witness India increasing the incorrect projected billing online whilst I was discussing. No explanation was given and then they cut me off. Having waited for over an hour on two calls I was cut off on both occasions and no call back was applied. Total frustration. I have now lodged a complaint and advised it will take 72 hours to call me back. Defiantly no reward for being a loyalty customer. Service used to be so good. A change of mobile service provider is on the way

They promised that the braodband price woudl bnot good u over a 24 months contract and then we found that our price had gone up before they even started the service. Many calls and they have not bothered to come back. I woud have stayed with my previouls provider if i had know. Feel cheated

I am extremely disappointed with Sky’s service. After my contract was cancelled, Sky still deducted money from my account. This feels like theft, and it is completely unacceptable.

I had to follow up multiple times to get answers, and I was promised that my money would be reimbursed within 3-5 working days. However, it has now been more than 11 days, and I still haven’t received the refund. As frustrating as it is, I will have to chase my money again because it seems like Sky may have simply forgotten about it.

The lack of communication and follow-through is appalling. I expect much better from a company of this size.
