Pathetic call centre staff arrogant rude and talk to you like dirt.
An advisor that said no to me that many times however I don’t believe what comes outta there mouth anymore

Last night I asked to speak to a manager he said no straight away well I’ll tell you this after a month of no phone that’s still blocked as of Saturday a sky broadband advisor said it’s blocked and should have been unblocked within 24 hours.
No the reason why it’s not being unblocked is it’s not my account.

My gripe with you is that my wife spoke to an advisor 2 weeks ago to switch it back on.
It’s only a sim ffs .
Yet we live same house yet you haven’t done a simple switch on.
Why have you failed a simple request????
If someone read this I don’t have any other ways of contacting you when I do call they do not want to know
So if this phone isn’t switched on like the person said so last night I will personally take all my phones sims and sky q box and iPad we have on 2 accounts NOT ONE LIKE IVE BEEN ASKING FOR.
I will box them up and will deliver them in my van
You cannot leave anyone without a phone for a month.
So choice is yours
I await a pathetic response from you on here.
I want action or I will take action
