Breached GDPR. Didn't even want to take the complaint. I had to call back after the complaint was ignored for over 2 weeks. No apology. I was told it's just the way the system works and it's no big deal. It was not reported to the ICO. Appalling company who couldn't care less about customers. No wonder so many people get dodgy sticks. I will not be renewing my contract
