I have a complaint reference number provided by their chat service raised today 17/04/26 with V I also spoke to a D by the chat who gave me incorrect information but assured me that my complaint had been logged.

If I do not receive satisfactory response to my complaint which at this point I believe there might be something, I put discrimination but I'm unsure... based on protected characteristics I will be escalating this to CEDRASSIST

I have been given misinformation about what is available in my area multiple times on the telephone after speaking with S last week and today R. My order has been cancelled twice without my knowledge the day after making the order. No email no telephone call.

Nothing.

I am reliant on being able to get a secure connection. I have communicated I feel vulnerable and I need a resolution.

I have been advised by the Management Company for the residents in my area that full fibre broadband is being blanket refused because there are concerns about damage being caused to the properties and so rather than allowing a survey to be conducted I have been refused.

I am a UK citizen with hidden disability who is unable to return to work as I am reliant on adjustments to be able to work from home predominantly. I am neurodivergent I have ADHD diagnosed and I am waiting for autism assessment to better understand myself and others.

I was told on the phone call before I got my reference my issue had been escalated to the ORT Team and I was given 72 working hours for response. But there was no record of that when I contacted the chat. I took plenty of screenshots for my records.

Which takes me up to Wednesday at 5pm for response from OTR.

I have put the date of the occurrence as today as that is my complaint date. But it started with the cancellation of my package on 1st April.

I just want to get connected. I'm trying other options.
