I am extremely disappointed with Sky’s service. After my contract was cancelled, Sky still deducted money from my account. This feels like theft, and it is completely unacceptable.
I had to follow up multiple times to get answers, and I was promised that my money would be reimbursed within 3-5 working days. However, it has now been more than 11 days, and I still haven’t received the refund. As frustrating as it is, I will have to chase my money again because it seems like Sky may have simply forgotten about it.
The lack of communication and follow-through is appalling. I expect much better from a company of this size.
