Appalling service from help desks in both India and South Africa re Mobile services. Incorrect billing is still unresolved. Shocked also to witness India increasing the incorrect projected billing online whilst I was discussing. No explanation was given and then they cut me off. Having waited for over an hour on two calls I was cut off on both occasions and no call back was applied. Total frustration. I have now lodged a complaint and advised it will take 72 hours to call me back. Defiantly no reward for being a loyalty customer. Service used to be so good. A change of mobile service provider is on the way
