If i could give a minus i would!! I have been with sky for over 15 yrs probably 20 and to offer a new customer with a better deal than an existing customer shows that you do not value your existing customers. After spending over 1 hour and being passed to the wrong departments the final straw was when the telephone operative was just absolutely rude.. i am not happy! Absolutely disgusting way to treat your customers. Unfortunately I did need you and your staff just couldn’t be bothered! Your standard response is noted.
