So yesterday I was on the phone trying to sort out an 87 year old neighbours sky bill for an hour and a half she is paying £190 for sky services and it's going up to £200 in April they are the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken to and I've said I will swap her over to a different service Netflix ect but she is terrified that she will lose all her services sky has backed her in to a corner and unfortunately everyone you talk to are foreign and they try telling you they can't hear you or the signal is bad absolutely disgusting service avoid sky like the plague I will be seeking advice for her as this is day light robbery DISGUSTING THEIVES
