I had an issue with a bill that was backdated and received a letter saying my service would cancelled if I didn't contact. I called and the Customer Service agent was very polite and professional, she explained the issue, she helped me with my query quickly and efficiently, she assured me my service would continue and made a payment arrangement with no hassle, great customer service, Five star!
