You spend hours online with their "customer support" agents who will then ignore your issues, fail to implement solutions and add things to your bill you didn't want. WOrst company around for customer service. I had the SAME chat session with 4 different agents and they all failed to deal with it and I was simply asked to pay an addiitonal £60 per month.
