I have encountered very poor service and customer experience from this company over the last three months. I attempted to order broadband several times, only to be assured that the service would not be canceled. Each order was eventually canceled, and I later found out that the service was not available in my area. Despite this, I was charged multiple upfront fees, some of which remain unrefunded. Even after clarifying my needs, I was asked for another upfront charge. Frustrating and unacceptable experience overall.
