Overpriced and hard to cancel

The streaming service is quite costly. When I tried to cancel, I had to deal with several representatives offering irrelevant deals despite my refusals. Since then, the company has been persistently calling me, pressuring me to renew. It's been a very frustrating experience. I recommend avoiding this service.

Extremely unsatisfactory service

I have encountered very poor service and customer experience from this company over the last three months. I attempted to order broadband several times, only to be assured that the service would not be canceled. Each order was eventually canceled, and I later found out that the service was not available in my area. Despite this, I was charged multiple upfront fees, some of which remain unrefunded. Even after clarifying my needs, I was asked for another upfront charge. Frustrating and unacceptable experience overall.

Disreputable company

The streaming service is quite pricey. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I had to speak with multiple representatives who kept offering me irrelevant deals despite my refusals. That was two months ago, and since then, the company has been incessantly calling me to renew the subscription. Terrible experience. Avoid this company.

Terrible experience

I had a very negative experience with the broadband service, which was not activated on the promised day. They said an engineer would visit, but I received no contact from anyone. When I called for help, the agent was quite rude. I wouldn't recommend this service.

Unacceptable charges

I was charged £200 for going abroad, yet my phone hardly worked! I can't wait to finish my mobile contract and will never use this service again.

Cash-grabbing practices

They keep raising prices while no longer broadcasting key games. Paying for the Entertainment Plus package only to be bombarded with ads is ridiculous. It's become a blatant cash grab.

I purchased a streaming box, which turned out to be incorrect. After returning it as instructed, I was told that my payment wouldn't be refunded due to a supposed delivery charge.

Deceptive practices

The company is dishonest and disregards consumer rights. They charged me significantly more without notification. Customer service is unhelpful and repetitive. After over 23 years with this service, I have never experienced such poor support.
