No Service at all

I registered to Sky Ticket for Game of Thrones season 8 and paid with Paypal. Although everything is activated and I can login to my account. I cannot watch anything because Sky Ticket does not recognize the entertainment package I bought. I cannot call their customer care because they did not provide me any customer-number and apparently without customer number you cannot connect to agent. So I've been trying everyday to reach out to them via twitter and email support. Nevertheless, they are not responding at all. It has been 5 days I bought this monthly service but I cannot use it. I checked my Paypal account at last and saw that my payment is in PENDING status. I asked Paypal and they said Sky needs to approve or I have to wait 30 days until Paypal automatically does something. This is the worst service I had in my entire online existence. I cannot even call this a service. You go online purchase something and you are not delivered, that's it.I strongly advise people not to buy any product of Sky since it is not worth the stress. Having no support is horrible when you have a problem that needs to be solved.
