Horrible treatment of paying customers - stay away!

I was quite happy with the content they are offering - especially when it comes to football they have a really good programm. I made the decision to cancel the subscription when i had to contact their customer support. Ridiculously long waiting times for a reply to an email which will be answered with an very obviousy copypasta answer were just the beginning. If you want to call the support you will have to pay for every call you make, despite the fact that you are already a paying customer (And Sky is VERY expensive, even though their programm is good).On top of all that every answer i got was very poor, inadequate, insufficient and cheeky.All in all the way they are treating their customers is unbearable. Stay away from it.
