If I could rate this lower, I would. This has been an absolute disappointment. I initially signed up for a high-speed fiber and TV package, but my TV service was canceled shortly after registration without any explanation. They didn’t bother resolving it, so I kept the broadband. It worked fine on the first day, but by the second day, my download speed dropped to a maximum of 80 Mbps and has continued to worsen over the week. I filed a complaint, but they said they would get back to me in 10 business days. After receiving an email stating there was nothing wrong on their side and it was my issue, they haven't made any effort to assist. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service.
