The sky customer service is a joke. I actually think they are laughing at their customers. We have a broadband issue, pretty simple really, the inside line /box was broken by dog called customer service which i presume is in India, csa went on with her script of trouble shooting twice before i had to cut her off and by saying i needed and engineer to come out and fix it again like others i was put on hold 4 times and still came back to me asking did i check this that and the other, this was the i evenly said to her i was going to cancel it this was the 26th of Feb nearly an hour on the phone she came back and said the enginer would be out on the 3rd Mar even do i told her i was working from home and i needed it so i told her to take it back because i was going to virgin then she transferred me to the cancelation team who never answered

If I could give zero, I would. We "ve been without internet for a week, I called them every day and the same lies "Issue will be resolved by the evening". I would not recommend them to by worst enemy.
I still have contract with them cause they want me to pay the cancellation fees, even thought it is their fault.
Ridiculous company and customer service! Incompetence beyond belief!

Customer service experience was extremely disappointing.

The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. It feels like they are mocking their clients. We have a simple broadband issue; the outside line has broken. This occurred a month ago, and after at least 4 hours on the phone and multiple chat messages, along with a phantom engineer appointment, there has been no progress. The engineer not arriving was especially frustrating since I took a day off work to wait for them, only to be let down. There was no apology from the company either. The worst experience I've ever had.

Extremely disappointing experience

If I could rate this lower than one star, I absolutely would. I initially signed up for a high-speed fiber and TV package, but my TV service was unexpectedly canceled just minutes after signing up, and they couldn't provide an explanation. They made no effort to resolve the issue, so I kept the broadband. It worked well on the first day, but by the second day, my download speed dropped to a maximum of 80 Mbps and continued to decline over the week. With my background in networking, I filed a complaint, but they informed me they would respond within 10 business days. After receiving an email claiming there was no issue on their end and that it was my fault, they have not made any effort to assist further. I strongly advise against this service.

If I could rate this lower, I would. This has been an absolute disappointment. I initially signed up for a high-speed fiber and TV package, but my TV service was canceled shortly after registration without any explanation. They didn’t bother resolving it, so I kept the broadband. It worked fine on the first day, but by the second day, my download speed dropped to a maximum of 80 Mbps and has continued to worsen over the week. I filed a complaint, but they said they would get back to me in 10 business days. After receiving an email stating there was nothing wrong on their side and it was my issue, they haven't made any effort to assist. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service.

Customer service is a complete letdown

I attempted to sign up for a mobile SIM-only offer, but it failed on the last page every time. The virtual assistant on chat was of no help, and the listed contact number was non-functional. I wonder how this company remains operational. Given the past ratings, I'm relieved I couldn't complete my order. As someone who manages accounts and ensures customer satisfaction, I find this experience to be utterly unacceptable.

Avoid this company at all costs

This company is terrible. I was promised my broadband would be restored within 24 hours, but after waiting on hold for nearly two hours, I was told the lines were closed. Their service is worse than useless. I will be switching providers after today. I regret recommending this company to friends and colleagues in the past. They are a disgrace to the industry.

Customer service is atrocious

The customer service is horrendous. I've never encountered such poor service. My calls were dropped multiple times, and the call center is overseas, leading to constant network issues. They repeatedly ask the same questions. It's shocking how inadequate their training is. Unstable connections during calls, especially when I’m paying for the service, is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I find this treatment completely intolerable.

Frustrating experience on the phone

I just got off a call with customer service after nearly two hours. The advisor laughed while I was explaining my issues. I've never felt so frustrated. I advise against using their service; after six weeks, I'm still not connected.
