I have the worst experience with customer service there very poor customer service support I tried calling them to cancel my account I don’t use sky never did and they don’t answer there phone I tried emailing them and from WhatsApp no answer I tried and tried to contact them but no success and now my account they say is in back pay very poor my contract is ended but they don’t answer my poor if sky sees this please cancel my account it’s my right to cancel a service of I don’t use it
