I ordered sky stream for whole house on 12th October. The delivery should have had 2 boxes in it but it had only 1. 2 months later and 3 visits to the sky shop and 4 calls later and I still have not got the second box. The agent this evening wanted to charge me €49.95 for the box which I am entitled to. He was most unhelpful and I have to ring in 2 to 3 days to see what their decision is.
