If I could rate this lower than one star, I absolutely would. I initially signed up for a high-speed fiber and TV package, but my TV service was unexpectedly canceled just minutes after signing up, and they couldn't provide an explanation. They made no effort to resolve the issue, so I kept the broadband. It worked well on the first day, but by the second day, my download speed dropped to a maximum of 80 Mbps and continued to decline over the week. With my background in networking, I filed a complaint, but they informed me they would respond within 10 business days. After receiving an email claiming there was no issue on their end and that it was my fault, they have not made any effort to assist further. I strongly advise against this service.
