The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. It feels like they are mocking their clients. We have a simple broadband issue; the outside line has broken. This occurred a month ago, and after at least 4 hours on the phone and multiple chat messages, along with a phantom engineer appointment, there has been no progress. The engineer not arriving was especially frustrating since I took a day off work to wait for them, only to be let down. There was no apology from the company either. The worst experience I've ever had.
