THIS AIRLINE IS A TOTAL DISASTER. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting as if they’re doing you a favor by being there. They frequently overbook flights and charge exorbitantly for everything, making their so-called 'low-cost' model a complete joke. Their website seems intentionally faulty, forcing you to pay for luggage at the airport at inflated prices. This is clearly a scam, and they are fully aware of it. I experienced severe anxiety due to the chaos they created, and the airline offered NO assistance whatsoever. Passengers were the only ones who showed concern. The boarding process is chaotic, and the cabin conditions were dreadful—hot, with no airflow, making it feel unsafe. THIS AIRLINE DOESN'T VALUE YOUR WELL-BEING OR YOUR MONEY. IT'S A SCAM. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE AT ALL COSTS.
